04 — From our first conversation to launch

A straightforward process that lets us move forward without adding technical complexity to your side of the project. You bring the raw material: your business, goals, references, existing content and ideas — even the questions you have not quite resolved. I help you clarify what needs to be said and shape it into a clear, coherent and professional online presence.

You tell me about your business, goals, offers, audiences and references, and share any content you already have. If you have a website, we begin by looking at what is already there.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined offer or project. One conversation is enough to get us started.

I analyse and propose

I work on your positioning, messaging, website structure, copy and design.

I identify what is already clear, what could be stronger and what could be simplified. Then I present an initial proposal.

Step 03

We refine

You review the proposal, we discuss it and refine the copy, structure and design through the agreed rounds of revisions.

Step by step, the different elements come together in a cohesive website that is ready to launch.

We launch

The website is finalised, adapted for different screens, connected to your domain and launched.

06 — Meet Catherine Mauvais Aung

For more than 25 years, I have worked in leadership, transformation, innovation and digital environments in Switzerland and internationally.

Throughout my career, I have often had to make complex subjects easier to understand: getting to grips with a business, understanding its challenges, identifying what makes it distinctive and finding the right words to explain it.

I have experienced that process first-hand through my own projects: turning expertise into an offer, deciding what to highlight, explaining the value I bring and giving it a professional online presence.

That is the perspective I bring to Chocolate 21: a strong understanding of business, care for words and messaging, and a desire to create digital experiences that are clear, coherent and considered.
